Adjunct Professor of International Economics, Law Department, University of Turin.
Senior consultant to the European Commission and UNCTAD on formulation, implementation and evaluation of development projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and Caribbean, especially in the areas of international and regional trade policies, trade development and foreign direct investment.
